    Hello. I recently purchased a Western Digital Mybook, 750GB, with the intentions of using it as a backup of my internal hard drive of 320GB. Is there a program that will automatically copy my internal hard drive to the Mybook every few days or so to keep my information safe? Thanks in advance, Josh
