phaser 8550 printhead replacement
I have replaced the printhead in a phaser 8550 (046K00510) with what the manual says is an alternate part (046K00530) printer now throws error 19,004.40 printhead and electronics module mismatch contact escalated support for info to clear error. I can not get the printer to enter service...- jbarraud
