    Dual Video cards

    I am using Windows 4.0 Workstation. Can I install a second video card to display on a second moniter? I have a high dollar video card I need for a CAD program but from time to time I also need to use a video capture card as a frame grabber. Does anyone know if this can be done? Thanks, John
