    TIME ON DISPLAY NOT WORKING

    WHEN I PROGRAM THE TIME ON A NORSTAR CICS SYSTEM IT TAKES THE CHANGE BUT THE CLOCK DOES NOT RUN. IF I SET IT FOR 12:15AM IT STAYS AT 12:15AM. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS BEFORE. THANKS FOR ANY IDEAS
