    getting blank lines in report file

    We are running 4GL (IDS 7.3) on a Compaq Alphaserver. Whenever I create a file using START REPORT..., OUTPUT TO REPORT 'pathname, and FINISH REPORT... I end up with blank lines at the end of my file. We have to remove the lines before sending the file on to various vendors. Does anyone know...
