    rename files

    I have a bunch of folders, each containing a file. I need to rename each file to the same name as it's parent folder, e.g. if the folder is named 'Washington' I need to rename the file within to 'Washington.xxx'. Any suggestions I'm running XP, PythonWin. Thanks in advance.

    slow roll over images

    i've created a site on our company LAN (webserver is on my box) and sometimes (almost always) when I pull up the site the images (1 kb gif) that I've used for some of the buttons don't load when the page initially appears. i get a bunch of red X's where the images should be but if i hit refresh...
