We are running NAVCE 7.61 on 21 Windows 2000 Advanced server with SP2. Each one of these servers are Domain Controllers. This problem is occuring on 7 of the servers. The servers are setup for Raid 5.

Found a fix in another thread. Started Outlook with /CleanViews option. Outlook let me in the xxx_Contacts folder. Closed Outlook and started it back up. I was able to still get into xxx_Contacts folder. I have a very relieved user.
