Here is the formula:
IDAutomationFontEncoderI2of5 ({@bc_barcode_exit_camera_elements}).
The function does exist in the Additional Functions list in the Crystal Formula editor and therefore parses fine and provides the correct barcode in Crystal Reports.

Crystal 8.5.
I am running into difficulty accessing a report which has a barcode (and the corresponding barcode formulas on it) thru the Crystal Report viewer. I can run and access the report fine thru Crystal, but when I try to schedule it thru e-Portfolio, and then view it as a Crystal...
When I try to use the Add Command as the new Data Source Location (thru Set Datasource), it will allow me to input a SQL query, but it replaces each previously referenced table with that query. So if I have 3 tables, I now have 3 SQL queries. The option to map to the new Data Source is not...
If I try to replace the existing data source, any report field referencing this data source is removed from the report. It doesn't allow me to map the old columns to the new columns.
CR 8.5 report contains a modified SQL query. It will open and execute fine in CR 11. However, if this SQL ever needs to be modified, i.e. add a subquery in the WHERE clause, I don't see an easy way to do this. I have attempted the Add Command functionality, but this doesn't seem to allow you...
I've already tried both using the datamart as a filter and as a document object. MSTR won't let you use anything but a report for a document object. When I tried to use a filter, it blew chunks during the SQL creation.

There are too many values to create separate reports. If I could utilize the prompts in the Pre-SQL, it would not only reduce the size of the datamart, but would significantly reduce the run time.
Thanks for the response
I took the SQL and ran it as a Report Pre Statementwhich works fine. My problem is that I want to be able to use the report prompts in this pre-sql to reduce the size of the datamart. Are the prompt values stored anywhere, where they could be accessed and used as variables in the Pre-SQL...
Is it possible to run a datamart report as a pre-report or pre-sql statement? I did copy the SQL of the datamart report as a pre-statement, but I want to be able to apply the prompts to this pre-query. I would like the user to only have to run one report, and not have to remember to run the...
If you use one of the dynamic placeholders for creating a dynamic tablename, such as !U, do you need to define a table in the warehouse catalog for each user? If this is the case, would you need to define the attributes separately for each of these tables?
Thanks,
