Operator phone does not show caller ID
It was a DNIS issue. I changed the operator extension to match the DNIS on the main line and is now working fine. Thank you both TouchToneTommy and merlinman for your help.- ltctektips

Operator phone does not show caller ID
I have a Merlin system with PRI trunk. Caller ID is displayed in all extensions except the operator phone (MLX-20L), instead it shows DID#? Any help will be really appreciated- ltctektips
