    Thanks for the help. I think that I will look into the Seagate Info Storage Server option (we do not use Exchange).

    I currently have some reports in Crystal Info that run on a recurring schedule. They all overwrite the existing output files when they run. I would like to be able to keep previous outputs from the report. Does anyone know of a way to have the reports output to a dynamically created filename...
