    db2 char column with ' and " as part of data

    Hello. I am writing a REXX/DB2 apps that will be inserting and updateing a table. One of the columns is a CHAR. This is used to for stuff like height. Such as 12'10". when I attempt to do this i get a -104. I have tried surronding the data with quotes such as '''value'''. Nothing seems to work...
