How can I allow (unrestrict) long distance calls on selected phones?
Whoops! I just found out that I was using the admin password instead of the programmer password. Now it works. Thanks so much for your help.- pcaplow

When I get to the point where the display should show Normal:0x, instead it shows --End of List-- with no additional options.- pcaplow

One of our DID numbers/phonesets is programmed not to allow calls that begin with a 1 or a 0. This means that the phone cannot make long distance calls. How can I remove this restriction?- pcaplow

We use a Norstar-PLUS Modular ICS 3.0 system that we purchased from US West (now Qwest). I looked through the System Coordinator Guide but didn't find what I needed.
