MM Can't Xfer ext. calls to vm - Trunk to Trunk issue?
I'm working a MM 3.1 post cut as the end user trainer. I have design/install background, but not in MM. Problem: External calls cannot be Xfer'd directly into another's Voicemail. The work around from the local Avaya techs is to change COS Trunk to Trunk to Yes - Which of course works...- acousticnicki
