Mail opened reply but no e-mail
Had situation recently where a user (user #1) recieved a e-mail confirming another user (user #2) had opened or read a e-mail that user #1 sent. Problem is that User #1 never sent e-mail and user #2 never got original e-mail. Any help as to tracking down what happened or caused this?
