    Hi jimbopalmer: Thanks for the info. It's actually for one of the user's (here at work)personal MAC. I think he just wants to get rid of any personal data, so he won't need to wipe out the system folder. I'll pass along this information to him. Thanks again for your help.

    PCL XL error in Excel

    I'm currently running Windows and Office XP and I'm getting a PCL XL error message saying "Warning: UndefinedFontNotRemoved - MS PCLXLFont -021". This happens on some of my Excel spreadsheets. Any ideas? Thanks

    Changing a printer name on a MAC

    I installed the driver for a HP2200d to a MAC that's on a local network. The name of the printer is called Graphics, but when installing the driver to the MAC it doesn't allow me to give that name, it lists it differently in the Chooser. How do I change the printer name? I'm a novice on a MAC.
