Hi All:
Well I reset the new card and when I tried to do a restore I get the message "Restore is canceled. Restore file mode is hybrid/pbx. Control unit strap in place for KEY." Please advise.
Update:
I called the company and they will repair the card but I have to send it in so I bought another one to have as a spare. Today I tried installing it and it gave me the following message when I connect via WinSPM:
"Winspm cannot rcognize the circuit pack in slot 1. Quick access will not be...
Makes sense. So if they send me the replacement board is it a matter of just taking the current pcmcia and doing a restore from the pcmcia card or do I need to do the restore from the HD backup again? Thanks for your help.

GhostZman, thank you for your assistance. Just so I am on the right page I modified the steps above with your suggestions. Let me know if I missed something.
1. Do a backup to hard drive on the machine that has WinSPM V. 9.0.
2. Do a backup to the PCMCIA card that the current processor (Legend)...
I have a Merlin Legend processor and I am installing a new one in order to upgrade. My understanding on the process was to do the following:
1. Do a backup to hard drive on the machine that has WinSPM V. 9.0.
2. Do a backup to the PCMCIA card that the current processor (Legend) has.
3. Power...
