Need to create a user survey based on questions in a table.
I have a table with 12 questions. I want the user to see and answer each question yes/no and comment on each question. I'm having trouble getting all the questions to appear with the "yes/no" and "comments" columns. This will eventually appear [as a subform?] on a tab on a form.- ElleS
