I believe this should be an easy one for you guys, just needed to know how to setup an offsite AVaya 5410 Ip phone. Refreshing data on a .DSR report
Actually No Help just that I have somewhat the same problem in that I have to close the VB6 app and reopen it to get the report to get the correct information after changes have been made to the Database.
