Have Dell laptop running Vista Basic. HAve one admin acct and two standard accounts. All of a sudden can still get into admin acct but CAN'T get into the two standard accounts. removed McAfee, cleaned/tuned PC, loaded Norton 360, same results. Help. Thanks.

HAve Dell optiplex 260. After drive went bad, installed XP Pro on new drive and successfully installed XP Pro, drivers, and Office XP. When I restarted PC, I get error message, "Strike F1 to retry boot or F2 to enter setup". Unplugged and restarted. Same result. Is my PC fried? thanks.

I repeatedly enter contact with 20 cities - and then must also enter respective zip code. Is there any way to enter city (from a drop down) that automatically fills in zip code. thanks
