MailTo formula not including field results in memo

Need to sort date field (yyyy, mm, dd) by mm, then dd -- can't figure
Have Crystal 6.1.4, using SQL server. Creating report to display birthdate, but not include year. Need to sort by mm, then dd. In db, Birthdate field defined as Date (yyyy, mm, dd). Thanks for your help.- BetteBoop

Embedded Notes navigator replaced with icon ?????
Working on my local drive, I created a Notes db with forms for web viewing. I embedded a navigator into several forms. Was working just fine. I exited Notes and re-entered. All embedded navigators were replaced with an icon that does nothing. Whaaattttt haaappppeeened?
