resizing to inches but keeping same pixels
How do you I resize a pic to get a specific width & height in inches? Also, is it possible to resize a pic to specific inches and not change the pixels? Example: I need pics that are 2.75 inches wide and close to 15kbs.....Once I get the 15 kbs right, and then change to a specific inches size...- stevethedjthedj
