HP2500C .New cartridges but message -B INK OUT
I currently have the same problem. It looks like the plungers at the base of the cartridges. (inside the well). at http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/questionanswer/ the same problem was addressed and looks to be the answer. (Replacement/repair needed).
