where does the message-id come from?
I'm not sure this is a sendmail specific issue but I'll ask it here. We have a variety of Outlook email clients and use Sendmail as the SMTP server. Some of the email clients behave correctly wrt message-ids; they insert their own valid ID in the form 'random_alphanumeric@emailaddress.domain'...- neilsomers
