    ACT! 5.0 - Data loss

    (I have no experience in ACT --- but I do create MS Access databases and due to that I was pulled into this problem.) A rep in our office uses ACT! and states that all data dated after 12/1/03 is gone. The rep also states that the entire screen appears to be different - like display settings...
