Ok. I will try that. I have noticed that StartWebLogic.cmd file is not there in my installable. I donwloaded it from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/ias/downloads/wls-main-097127.html. I need version 10.3.3. Not sure if they have removed the StartWebLogic.cmd file in this version...- winiarriar

Hi Dian, Thanks for repsonding. Can you tell me what environment variables I need to set ? [ for ex: classpath , path etc ..] I have setWLSEnv.cmd file in wls1033_dev\wlserver\server\bin folder.
