We use the e7 and we like it quite a bit. It allows you to track sales quite accurately, but it is not very good for reporting on the cost of goods sold. On the other hand, it has the ability to give you an 'availability' of each menu item. If you enter a starting amount, it will count down...- POScrank007

Anyone installed the new Micros e7?
Hi Thor, Not sure you're still looking into the e7, but it sounds like MADCHEF was using the original version 1.0 software. It tended to be a little unstable, like most products. Since then, version 1.5 has been rolled out and it is just what we wanted! Don't believe that stuff about 45...- POScrank007
