Thats correct. And the carrier is stating that they are sending the ANI as well, so I'm not sure what else to check in the PBX or MM to correct the issue.- darkmatter15

We actually had to play with the display a bit as well. We found that when we switched carriers, we did not get the caller ID name and sometimes not the number either until the call was picked up or transferred, then the name/number would appear. We changed a setting page 2 of the trunk group...- darkmatter15
