When I try it manually, I have to press * then it asks if I have a mailbox on the system to press # followed by the mailbox number. From there it will not accept more than 1 # sign and continues to ask for a mailbox number. Is there a way to verify that remote access is functional on this...- KevinHunter

How do I identify the group number? I am trying to initially setup dial-in access into our Octel 100, but I did not understand what you meant by Group number. Is this the main number for accessing voice mail from a regular phone? If so, when I enter ### it says that they are not recognized...- KevinHunter
