    This ended up being a dial pattern issue in the system manager that was causing the sytem to only send 4 of the digits. I added in a dial pattern in the system manager that stats to include all digits for anything that starts with a 9 and the issue was resolved.

    Thanks. I think it is SES for sure, the CM side did have a bad COR on the trunk group restricting outound dialing that I updated and the issue persists. I'll check the SES and follow up. thanks: Joe

    I've got this same issue and setup. Call me does work to internal extensions, just not to anything external. Running 5.2.1 via SES integration.. Any ideas? Thanks: Joe
