    Thanks again for the reply. There is only one IP Set listed (my own). Under System/Keycode, I see IDLE IP Client Try-Buy 0, IDLE SRVBL IP Client 0. Does this tell us anything?

    Just to be exactly sure, where do I count the IP Clients and the IP Sets/Softphones to determine this? I am the only user logged in / who has access to the system as an IP client. Under Resources -> Application Resources I see: IP Sets - Minimum 0, Maximum MAX, License 0, System Max 32
