    I have. thanks. further research has indicated that its possible by exporting some files which are internal to the voicemail system and auditing those. I'm not sure which files at this point.

    Hi all, I have in the past allowed incoming callers to 'press 2 to reach this person's cell phone'. I need now to be able to figure out which users have configured this option on their voicemails. is there someplace I can find this information in the Mitel 3300?
