    Chasing windows icons

    I have just run into a problem. It is probably a virus. On my desktop view, whenever I try to put my mouse over an icon, the icon moves. I keep having to chase it, and never catch it. I can still get to my software from the "Start" menu, but is there anyway to correct this problem.
