    sunos 5.7 mysql install problem

    I have donwloaded mysql-3.22.32.tar.gz when I run ./configure I get the message: configure: error: can not find sources in . or .. and thats it Any Ideas whats up!

    Is it possible to dump a database in to a file from the mysql client to achieve a similar result as would be gained from using the mysqldump client.
