    Thanks for the info. Where do you find this information? The packaging from the Jetdirect box says it is compatible with HP Laserjet 101x, which apparently does not include the 1012. I have been unable to wade through all the information on HP's web site to find the answer.

    I hooked up the jetdirect box(EN3700) to a network port and plugged in the USB cable to the laserjet 1012. The status light is lit and the USB printer light comes on. The 100 Mbps light is solid green, but when I push the test button nothing happens. I tried a second identical jetdirect box...

    Outlook option to use Contacts as list in Address Book is greyed out.

    I need to be able to use my Contacts in my Address Book. When I go to the properties of Contacts the check box to use Contacts as a list in Address Book is greyed out. How can I fix this?
