Uverse is delivering the VOIP dial tone. System is Magix 4.0

I am getting caller id on the line. It appears on SLT but not thru Magix module.

Can I use partner messaging pc software to backup programming in the existing rel 6 using rel 6 pc software and restore the file to the rel 7 using the rel 7 pc software? Thanks in advance.
