cracked it in the end, after changing the ip pool subnet and making sure nat was configured correctly, found that the virtual template interface was not attached to ezvpnzone on the firewall. Soon as this was updated , it worked immediately. Thanks for all your help guys.

ok, I've changed the ip pool for the vpn clients over to the 192.168.2.0/24 However my NAT rule still reads: ip nat inside source list 1 interface Dialer0 overload I've checked all firewall ports and it still won't work Thanks in advance Mike
