    Windows Connection Manager

    I seem to have lost my connection manager link to the internet and to my &quot;outlook express&quot; I get this funky message about something being wrong in my CMMGR32.exe cannot connect... use icon to restore. I've tried everything without any luck...<br> <br> Help??
