Merlin and International Calling
You will have to excuse me, I removed "011" from the spec service tabel and this alone did not fix the problem. I tried to add a 011 to the ars table and no joy there either. Is there a avaya text that you can reference that would have an example of how to add this to the ars table...- DaChief93

Merlin and International Calling
I have a site with a Merlin Legend Release 3.1 v2.0 and they are unable to make international calls. I have checked and the configuration in the SpecialServ is set correctly to and delete digits are set to 3. The confusing issue is that on the hand set display... it shows "Outbound"...- DaChief93
