Upgrading to Clientele 7.3
Do you have a lot of customisation? If so, unless you are upgrading to take advantage of new functionality, I believe that you can simply use the old form set with the new mars32.exe and effectively be running a customised version of 7.3- Simon2240

Station will not ring when Cover Path is assigned
Problem has been identified, and was as stated, but caused by an interesting scenario (well it had me foxed). Station used to be digital, but due to office move was for a short time changed to analogue, and then back to digital. All button assignments were lost, and the template was not...- Simon2240

Station will not ring when Cover Path is assigned
I have a station that only rings once (briefly) before diverting to the cover path (and there is a long period when the call has no ringing tone and the call doesn't connect to the first station in the path for a while). Cover path tests OK with other stations. Other working cover paths do not...- Simon2240
