I can't seem to figure out how to print lables for each item in the list. When I create a label form I can only print the first item's fields I choose for each record.

The issue has more to do with your monitor resolution than anything. Do you have it set to "Millions of Colors" (Mac) or "True Colors" on a Windows machine? I had the same issue and this is what was explained to me by someone very knowledgable on the subject...
