    Thanks to those who replied. I finally dug around enough in the old files etc and found a manual that was of some use. "Service 1" and then the internal number is the correct way and "Service 1" to cancel.

    Thanks for the reply Keith, I gave it a try but each time I just get a busy tone. the only keys it will allow me to push are the 2 & 3. I am thinking that it may have a digit allow/disallow table somewhere in it's program that does not let me dial *.
