    mails before 1st july turned unread

    Hi All For one of my user, all the mails prior to 1st July 2010 turned unread. The user is in Lotus notes client 8.5.1 and the server is also in 8.5.1. Any suggestion or information to fix this issue will be much appreciated. Thanks & Regards Diva...
