If you are referring to the DOS version of Procomm then PCPLUS.HLP is not a Windows "hlp" file but rather an ANSI
encoded text file intended to viewed from within the terminal
in ANSI emulation.
If you open it with Windows Notepad it will look like garbage. However if you open it with DOS...
Hi,
Procomm 2.01 (DOS) has a file , PCPLUS.HLP which contains
the Manual and ASPECT command references.
However it appears not to be a Windows Help file and I cannot figure out how to open it for viewing/printing.
Does any know how this file is supposed to be read?
