    Thank you for responding. I forgot to mention that the guy who set us up initially told us that we are maxed out on extensions. It looks like i'll need to find a single line phone to accomplish this then.

    We have a single line with a 18D set running into our office for our purchasing manager. He just set up an additional office in our warehouse and I am wondering how I can run a new 18D set to the warehouse and have both phones ring at the same extension both in the office and in the warehouse...
