    I have a 6408D+ with extension 3333 and two additional brdg-appr extensions (3636 and 3668). Extension 3333 and bridged extension 3668 caller ID works fine when receiving calls. When 3636 is called no caller ID shows up. Here is what the page 2 and 3 looks like.
