    SBT Pro 5.0i- Crash while Printing Checks

    Hi everyone: I'm brand new to SBT and I had a user ctrl-alt-del out of SBT while she was printing checks. After she got back in a few of her records were updated, but a lot of them weren't. What's the best way to help her resolve her issue?
