IE8 Crash/Hang on Startup
To find out which add-on is causing the issue first (if you haven’t already) run IE in no add-ons mode. Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) to see if one is causing the problem.
