    I did have the RESTRICT CALL FWD-OFF NET set to NO in the COS. I also checked the coerage path and verified that the y/n setting for inside and outside calls were the same. What seems to have worked is changing the TRK-TO-TRK TRANSFER OVERRIDE to YES for the COS for this extension. Thanks...

    I am trying to set up one extension on our system that will forward the calls off-site to a cell phone. I have setup a remote number and created a new coverage path. When I call the ext internally it works, but if I call the DID number I receive a busy signal. Anyone know what I'm missing?
