CC Express 7.1 SIP why is switch serial number grayed out?
I am installing my first 7.1 Express SIP. Most of the stuff seems pretty straight forward. A little concerned as I cannot change the serial number on the installation set up screen for the switch. Private Report Groups after upgrade
Have just performed an upgrade from CC 6.0 to AACC 6.2. All went well. Missing private report group reports however. Do these have to be migrated separately or in addition to the migration of the CCMA from the old box to the new?- dbryan4590
