Attendant Console Woes
Ah, yes I see. Thanks very much. I feel a bit silly now. Well I guess I have a few other questions though like, if the main attendant console is in night mode and all the night calls are bieng routed to AUDIX, why do some calls still ring the console?- grud102

Hello, I'm a bit new to these systems which makes it all the more frustrating that I'm the only person in charge of taking care of one.
